Hey, Erin!

       Just wanted to commiserate with you re: house hunting. DH just emailed me and said the house we were about to offer on is sale pending. Sad We're pretty bummed. However, we are still waiting on the interested couple from our Open House to make their offer, so we knew this was a possibility. (The couple is waiting for their tax returns to come back to offer.)  

       SIGH. This is frustrating and crazy stressful. But, I keep thinking about your situation, and how it must mean that "our" house is still out there, waiting to be found! (At least I hope so!!) Indifferent Have a great day!

    Amber, that is a major bummer. I'd be upset, too. But I've been trying to take these kind of things as signs that maybe those houses weren't for us for some reason. That is still disappointing, though. Are you looking in Centerville? That is where we are primarily looking and while there is a lot out there, we are having trouble finding "the one." If you are looking at Centerville, have you zeroed in on an area? We are really hoping to be north of 675, and there are just fewer houses up there than down south.

    I'm glad your house-selling is looking up, though. I really hope the people from the open house get back to you quickly with an offer, and I hope it's a good offer. It would be WONDERFUL for you guys to have your house sold and a new one in place for when the new baby comes! Fingers crossed for you!

    Just realized you're probably not falling over yourself to tell me where you're house-hunting like I am. I sometimes forget we're on a public internet. You can FBM if you prefer :).
