so i just had my first lovely encounter with leakage. holy awkward! i was in the middle of kohls trying on new maternity clothes and i noticed. of course i had to go and buy the shirt and hope to god that the lady at the register didn't realize that the shirt i was buying was wet in a certain spot. i don't think she noticed but it was soooo weird. then there were like 3 babies in there just crying and i was freaking out thinking that i would start leaking again! anyone else have the weird tingly feeling and look down and notice you are all wet? man ohhh mannnn im so not ready for this!
Re: holy awkward!!!
I've been leaking a bunch! Usually it hits me at night time and it will soak the entire front of my shirt im wearing, its gross lol The other night it actually got all over my pillow somehow! DH has started making me wear tanks to bed with built in bras and that helps a little bit
Today at work I had a black sweater on and I could immediately feel that I was leaking. Today of all days I forgot to put a nursing pad in my bra! But luckily the fact that the sweater was black managed to help disguise what had happened...I crossed my arms a lot until I could feel it had dried up lol

Hearing another baby cry can induce a letdown in a nursing mother.
I've never leaked during pregnancy and I was able to breastfeed.
my thoughts exactly!
don't worry about not leaking.
i didn't leak a drop before i had ds and we nursed like champs for 2 years.
Don't worry about it, I never leaked when pregnant with DD, and I had more than enough milk.
Me too! In fact - mine haven't really developed much lately. They grew like crazy and were super sore during first trimester and early second trimester - then nothing! Very strange.
Good to hear from PP here that leakage during pregnancy not necessary.
this is so encouraging!
sometimes i wonder where my baby is going to get it's milk, lol.
