IUI#4 is Thursday -

Good morning ladies!

I just got to work from my 4th monitoring appointment....sure are a lot with Gonal-F.

I am proud to say that I have 5 measurable follicles and will be triggering tonight. I am anxious, nervous and excited. My doctor wasnt worried about having 5 as I had that many my first time around.

Now, all I have to do is coordinate wtih DH who is working Wed night, he gets home around 5 am, provided nothing is going on. The uncertainty of his job makes me anxious, but I know he will figure it out and be home so i can take his 'boys' with me!

    6/28/10: Lost our sweet baby Addyston at 18wk 1day to pPROM 7/24/11: Michael William born at 24wk 2d due to IC after an emergent cerclage at 18wks, 4wk home BR and 2 weeks hospital BR. Grow strong our little Miracle! 9/17/11: Michael joined his sister in heaven after 8 amazing weeks with us on earth. He fought a very hard fight but NEC was too much for him in the end.     ETA: LOL...since your husband is an officer, I'm picturing you flying down the road in his cruiser with the sirens wailing rushing to get his "boys" to the RE! GET OUT OF THE WAY PEOPLE!!!!

    Good luck on Thursday!  Fingers and toes crossed...also, interesting to hear about the number of monitoring appointments...had been wondering about that and whether you need b/w or just u/s at each.  Sounds like a lot, eep!

    IUIs: Gonal-F + Ovidrel + b2b IUI= BFNs
    IVF with ICSI= BFP! EDD 11/25/11
    3/18- Beta #1 452! 3/20- Beta #2 1,026!! 3/27- First u/s- TWINS!
    Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance

    FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation
    Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
    BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt      
    6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

    Final IUI - Lucky #7! IUI with DS - 20.Jun.2011 - 21.5 mil motile! Not so lucky - BFFN and the end of our IF journey....
    Waiting for our family to be complete through Adoption - May 2012 - Hoping our baby finds us soon!

    I have had b/w and u/s at each  - I have had 4 for this IUI.

    with my previous 3, I had baseline, then 1 monitoring.

    My 3rd, I had an extra monitoring as I did more Bravelle and wasnt responding as quickily.
