The lady never posts on here.. wasn't sure of wether she was allowed to post it or not.. (b/c who the hell reads terms of serivice in full anyway?) she even had a post ASKING if it was ok.. when nobody said NO and everyone was like message me, i want to know, me! me! me! --- she proceeded w/ her post..

So, these rude women with their loaded up business.. asking others to link their shop and talk about it.. report someone who was clearly innocent? And NOT selling anything? and NOT linking her shop?

I think she should have gotten a pass..especially since you didn't reply to her original post saying it was not ok and explaining to her why..... AND she freaking deleted the post... really? Are you ladies that stinking mean?

It is ridiculous, since that post was completely harmless. And don't get me started on how hypocritical they were. They went all frantic because SR (who isn't exactly known here anymore) could have gotten hit in the wallet.

Shame that someone would get called disgusting by people who enjoy skirting the rules themselves, and e-bullied when even a mod said nothing would have even happened.

But Ash, she may take away from others who have done things the "right way," whatever that means on the internet. Yeah there may be terms of service, but like you said, did she read every single word and stipulation? Probably not. I know I didn't because it's an online forum and I guess I don't take it that seriously.

I would not go so far as to say that certain people have nothing better to do with their time or anything like that because I am sure that is not the case, but to do what happened last night was pretty low.

It was a bunch of BS. She didnt deserve what she got last night at all. I have the link to her shop and as soon as I can change my siggy (waiting on a new s/n) I will be more than happy to put it in my siggy. I hope other Bumpies so the same.

I'm kind of bummed that I missed it (the OP) because I'm looking for a specific birthday party inviation for DS. Someone let me know when they put her shop in their siggy, and I can contact her and see what she can do.

I don't think she violated the TOS any more than other bumpies do with their "Vote for Baby!!!" posts 238 times a day, links to blogs, links to Etsy shops, etc.

If i am reading this correctly, the poster wanted to do stuff to build up her portfolio and she would do it for free. I see nothing wrong with that considering she isn't trying to sell anything. She is trying to build a portfolio and as a graphic designer, i totally understand that. I think her being reported was wrong. That is just my opinion.

See, I don't think that's true. I think they genuinely believe that they can whatever the heck they want to on here and no one else is allowed to do anything that may be questionable (based only upon their views of the TOS, since no one even agreed it was questionable).

I agree with Kirbus. I would go as far as saying I think their reality of the bump is delusional- made up rules (what's ok/not ok), etc.

This. Actually ablou posted twice, once with her oh-so-official "I am reporting at 9:25:37 EST" then after five minutes she threw a hissy fit and called the OP disgusting when it wasn't immediately removed - poor girl was probably dealing with PMs.

SR backpedaled - I guess its easy to deny saying you said something when you bully the OP into deleting the thread.

It's still going on... taking forever, lol! He has around 175 votes and is on page 7 (good considering how many people entered their LOs!)

The leader has, like, 1000!!! But it's all good - voting only counts for 25% of if a LO is "chosen" or not.

I'm not new, I don't post that often- does that mean I will get bashed?! I hope not...I actually find this website a good source when it comes to questions I have as a first time Mom- I just wished people could get a long a little better, that's all...

Fair enough on the above statement, I don't disagree. However, if you are not new here, you should definitely know better than to post what you did above...it comes off as totally self righteous and will likely piss off a ton of bumpies. Just don't tell us that you feel sorry for our husbands and children, and we will be all set, lol!
