Underjams vs. Huggies Goodnights?

Our son is 90th percentile for height and 80th for weight (42 lbs) so he's a big 4.5 yr old. He's fully day time potty trained but still needs to wear something overnight.  He was peeing out of size 3-4T night time pull-ups as well as the regular 4-5T pull-ups and the night time pull ups don't come in a 4-5T so we need something else. 

Do you recommend underjams, goodnights, or something else?  We've been exhausting the random few size 6 Target diapers we had left over because they still fit and hold the pee, but he couldn't easily jump up and go to the restroom with those on if need be because the top isn't flexible enough to pull down to go pee like a training pant does. We do limit his drinks a couple hrs before bedtime, he just doesn't wake up to pee yet.

We're completely out of diapers and pull ups now so I need to buy something different today.

    My ds is about the same as yours, he's around 41 lbs and 85% for ht.We've been using the underjams for a while now and they work great plus their much cheaper than the goodnights.I buy them at Target for $19.99 come with i think 52 pullups.Oh by the way,he's 4.5 also.I buy the sm/med size,their a little small in the butt area just kinda gives him a wedgie,but if i fix them they fit over his butt okay then.

    underjams!  we have had very minimal leaking incidents with them!  huggies was awful for us.
