  We were told to wait two weeks, and we did.  He wasn't in any pain at that point.

  He had one 12 days ago, no sex yet but he did have complications and was in pain for longer then he should have been Found it quite ironic that he had it the same day as my 6 week post preg. check up where I got cleared.

  MH had one on 2/8. He was in pain for about a week and a half....he just started feeling better. Wearing tighties was key No sex yet!!

  My DH had one last April.

  I think he might be the exception to the rule- he had like no pain. They didn't use enough numbing stuff at first and they had to reshoot him with that and that was the only pain he said. He had some irritation (they also removed some skin tags while down there) but he said that most of the irritation was caused by the stitch not being cut short enough and rubbing against his underwear. He went back to work the next day (and he's a car salesman so he doesn't get to sit alot- spends most of his time walking).

  We were told to wait 2 days to have sex- but I believe we waited 2-3 weeks.
