How much BM to send to babysitter

My son will be 8 weeks old when he starts going to the sitter.  He will be there for close to 10 hours on Mon, Wed, and Fri.  I am unsure how much breast milk to send with him to the sitter.  I looked on Kellymom and it gave me a little bit of an idea but I am still wondering what others have done.  I guess I don't want to send way too much.  I do plan on keeping 12 oz. in the freezer at the sitters so she has some back up in case I don't send enough on occasion.  I suppose it will be a bit trial and error.

Any suggestions, please.  TIA.

    At 8 weeks my LO was/and still is taking 3.5oz every 3-4 hours for my mom. She watches him while I'm at class/work.

    I never sent more than 12 oz to daycare and my son goes 10 hour days too.

    3- 4oz bottles but I think at 8 weeks he was taking 3 -3oz bottles.

    Keeping up with pumping got easier when I told my DCP that I wanted him to be ready to eat when I picked him up and I nursed him right before I left.
