Everyone look at your avatars...the Bump/Nest is upgrading and has given us all new avatars...yeah the baby bear, blocks, and mobile as my avatar didn't just make me break down in tears....(insert sarcasm)

Thanks a lot for making me feel 10xs worse on a day that was already a hard day, for whatever reason I can't figure out yet!

You can go to your account and change it but they should NOT have automatically given out baby themed avatars!

I received a "How big is your baby??" Newsletter today. I have already removed my EDD from my profile, and yet it was still showing up when I signed in that I was 8w along. Then this. When I unsubscribed from the newsletter I told them they need to make it easier for those who have a loss to change things so we don't get these reminders.

I had an avatar. Why did they force me into a pregnant lady?

Oh, and to change the updates, you have to unsubscribe from the emails and also change your info on the knot's page. (see the tabs above, there's one for the knot, and I think it's under account info.)

Why is it so easy to create this info but so hard to get it to go away?

I unsubscribed so the emails are over. But I keep trying to change my EDD to nothing, but then it says it's invalid...even though I clicked that I'm TTC. And the little ticker type thing on the top right still says "9 weeks." Grr. Where is the complaint line/email address??

FYI, I found the customer service email hidden in the "About Us" link...I feel like there should be a "Contact Us" link, but oh well. I sent a strongly worded email to customerservice@theknot.com. I hope there wasn't a different email for theBump. Oh well. I think we should all send one!

I sent them an email and tried swapping out the settings. Nothing. And today, I got a reminder about what should have been my first doctor appointment tomorrow.

I really don't understand why they make it so difficult. Does anyone know how to delete the account and begin new? I don't want to create a new account and ignore this one you know? I want it gone.
