Anyone Having This Trouble With Their Britax?

Sometimes I notice the little metal handle thing that holds the belts tight is up when I go to get her out of it so I've been making sure it goes down. Is that a problem with it or something others just do?

    We have this too and the straps are really hard to loosen!  I was thinking of contacting Britax to see what's up.  Just for kicks, what seat do you have?  We have the Roundabout 50 in Cowmooflage.
