Answer on the double basement...

for those who are interested.

I called about the double basement...

Whoever posted about the sloping yard thing is the closest. Supposedly it has somewhat of a decent back yard, but still slopes a lot from front to back. So, from the front you see the main floor and upstairs, then there is a basement from there...and then another one below that. so it is 4 stories.

But both basements are full sized. One opens to the yard, one has a deck on it. That is a lot of space!!

I think we are gonna go check it out tonight. see how this house really looks...
