"You should consider going to the ER"

I was talking to Millejj about it earlier and she told me to call my MW.

So, as you saw below, today is CD1. Well, it's been getting worse the last few months and today has been the absolute worst. I have been having horrid cramps all day and this evening I filled a super plus tampon in 30 min, and then a reg in 30 min and it overflowed. So I called. She told me to consider going in, but if not, she gave me a list of to-do's and to call her in the morning. If it got worse or didn't let up in about 3 hours, to go in no matter what.

So, I'm chilling on the sofa, using a heat pad, taking some tylenol, prenatals, calcium, and iron.

Seriously - that's a pretty heavy flow. I used to have really heavy flows like that twice a year (April and Sept - yeah, it was that specific) and it sucked. I always felt like I had been punched in the stomach for a couple days afterward. I hope things slow down. If you keep bleeding like that, seriously, don't hesitate to go in and see a doc. Feel better soon.

The bleeding has let up some more, but the pain is still fairly horrible. I took Tylenol's 7 and 8 at 4:30. I might to back to my old (Dr prescribed) remedy of 4 Extra Strength Tylenol every 4 hours for 24 hours.

Yikes, that is scary. I'm glad the bleeding has let up some, but I'm sorry you're in so much pain. Will you go in to the Dr. tomorrow? I hope you feel better soon!
