  Does the company store have them?  I think that is where I've seen them.  Or Lillian Vernon?

  I got Cam's for Christmas two years ago from American Girl but that won't help for E.  I wonder if Kohls would have them too....Carters has baby ones but not sure about kids ones??

  I got DD one for Christmas at sears and my sister got her one at Childrens Place. Sears had a lot in their pajama section so they might keep them all the time.

  They may be sold out at this point. I worked for Gap until yesterday and we were sold out by Christmas. I think for kids it's a seasonal item, not available year round.
