Hey guys I'm early in my pregnancy, and would like to know if you'll know any good workouts or machine i can. And should not use at the gym or exercises i should or should not do at Home. MAinly trying to keep toned (arms and legs)
Are there any workout DVD you'll Recommend, or websites with pregnancy fitness routines i can follow.

You can keep doing whatever you were doing prior to being pregnant.
Just listen to your body and slow down if needed.

There are a few specifics you need to be aware of (like no workouts lying on your back after 20 weeks, etc) but for the most part you can continue with a modified version of your old exercise routine. And remember, now is not the time to start a whole new routine.
I agree with PP about continuing doing what you were doing before. I did abs on an exercise ball daily until I delivered DD and continued running daily too.
