Baptism Luncheon Menu

OK, help a girl out... I was planning on having the luncheon catered but I can't find a caterer that I like enough to not think I want to do it myself. I mean, I've cooked a seated dinner for 30 on NYE...I can do this! Anyway, I have a bad habit of OVER serving people. I love a plentiful menu. Help me make sure this is not too much or not enough food please.

It's for 25 adults and 30 kids {3-13 with the majority around DD's age}after the 11 o'clock service in April.

~Baked Ham w/mini biscuits {I plan on doing my family's overnight ham recipe and buying the biscuits from a local bakery} served with apple butter and     mustards.
~Spinach and Sausage Fritatta Bites {can be made the night before and reheated before serving or serve at room temp}
~Boiled Shrimp with cocktail and remoulade {Ordering the shrimp from the local seafood market, they make great boiled shrimp}
~Pressed Italian Picnic Sandwich or Tuna Nicoise Sandwich {both are made the night before and sliced before serving}
~Pimento Cheese Crostini
~Green salad with fruit and spicy nuts, dressing on the side
~Honey- Lime Fruit Salad
~Bloody Mary Bar
~Mimosas, White Wine, Beer and Waters
~Doughnut Bar {in lieu of a cake for dessert}

I feel like I'm missing a side or two. Like a pasta salad or some sort of veggie OR maybe I'm missing something that leans more towards brunch like a sweet bread or something similar? I think the doughnuts are enough and I'm not a sweet breakfast eater, so it wouldn't occur to me to pick something like that.

Help!
