Question about washing fleece liners

For the first time, I had  to use a non-CD safe cream (Triple Paste).

I used fleece liners and I know I have to wash them separately but how the hell do I get this goopiness off?! What will cut through it? Or do I just give up and toss em?

    Have you tried washing them yet? I'd try washing them first with a old towel or something and see if it comes off.

    I tried hand washing them and the water just ran off everywhere and the goop just mushed around. Gross. 

    Maybe I'll try running a small load with an old towel.
