What do you do to be EF that you don't like/think is a hassle? I plan to start a compost pile in the summer though it'll be a hassle keeping the dogs away. I'm going to have to find some kind of fencing for it.

Pretty much whatever is on sale, but we have so many clothes that were given as gifts for my shower, when she was born, Christmas, etc. so I have not had to purchase many clothing items for her thus far.

Where is your dream destination for a vacation? I like anywhere warm and beachy, but would love to go to St. Thomas. We go to Assateague Island every summer to beach camp (I have gone since I was 2.)

What steps do you take to be EF? Compost, garden, eat locally and mostly organic, support local businesses and farmer's markets, and we reuse as much as we can and won't buy something if the packaging isn't compostable or recyclable in our area, use EF cleaning products and cloth diapers. Oh, and we try to buy used when possible, and get things repaired instead of replaced.
What do you do to be EF that you don't like/think is a hassle? Walk instead of drive. It's just really easy where we live. We take the subway and walk everywhere.

I'm not a fan of the CD laundry, but that is only because our super-efficient European washer takes 5+ hours to wash one load of diapers.
