You can deduct medical miles.  So, for every prenatal/post partum/ pedi appt you can write off the milage

    You an also get reimbursed for these fees from an FSA account if you've pulled too much and are worried about not having enough expenses to get your money back out.  This happens to my sister a lot.

    I think so.  

    We've never come close to qualifying, but with the birth of the boys and my constant trips to the perinatologist, we did this year.
