How many days after implantation can you take a urine Peg. Test?

Below is a HPT accuracy chart. We never recommend testing before 14dpo. If you don?t chart, and therefore don?t know for sure when you ovulated, we suggest that you wait until the day after your longest cycle. If you test early, be prepared to see a BFN. Remember, you are never out until AF shows. Good luck!

12 dpo : 62%
13 dpo : 68%

16 dpo : 88%
17 dpo : 92%
18 dpo : 99%

DON?T TEST EARLY!!!!

If you take a HPT and get a faint line, you are pregnant. A line is a line for a HPT as long as you check within the testing time frame. Congratulations, have a wonderful time on the 1^st tri board!

you can safely test 14 days after OVULATION to ensure an accurate result.

do you chart? that is the only way to know when you ovulated (if at all).

You should wait until 15 day past ovulation. how do you know you implanted? Do you know when you ovulated?

Well, I had implantation bleeding at 10dpo, the dip happened at 7 dpo. I tested at 11 dpo and there was an imaginary line on the cheapie, seriously it was a shadow only I could see. I tested again at 12 dpo with a FRER and got a +. So based on that one chart, 4 days past implantation was enough to get a + hpt. I think it will vary from one person to the next.

I think it's virtually impossible to know if/ when implantation has happened, so you can go by the chart (above) to know when to test post-ovulation, but if you don't know when you ovulated, the best bet is to wait until your period is late.

TY its just strange my period didn't come today... but it may just be late.

I did test this morning and got a Neg. and believe I'm 13 dpo...

I'll be sure to test in a couple days if my period doesn't come (crossing fingers!!)

You probably just ovulated later. You should sign up for FertilityFriend.com and start charting your temps so that you know when ovulation has occured. It will take the guess work out of trying to figure out where you are at in your cycle. You can sign up for free through any of our tickers. Also check out the New to TTGP at the top of the board for some helpful info. GL!

I haven't done any serious charting but I'm pretty intune with my body. I think I may of had implantation spotting but who knows...

Umm, so you "know" when you are ovulating without charting? If you are using OPKs only-then you should know that you can get a +OPK and not ovulate.

And that "implantation" spotting could very well just be regular spotting.

hmm. You asked about implantation, which is not something that can be confirmed, and further down you posted asking when you ovulate. Honestly, not trying to snark, but it doesn't seem like you know as much as you think you do. It would make a world of difference to listen to the advice that was given in both of your posts, and at least check out the tutorials on FertilityFriend. It would answer most of your questions.

HA! yeah I'm psychic ... I do have an idea when i ovulated. DH and I were also doing the deed everyother day also. But..like i said it could be implantation or just late spotting. My period is alway right on time but not this month and i do feel "different" who knows.. only time will tell. Hmm

I thought my period was always "right on time" up until I started charting...then I realized that I NEVER ovulate on the same day....I have had a 28 day cycle, and also a 39 day cycle. You don't get promised to have the same O day each cycle...

You probably O'd later...And you may "feel" different, but that is the joy of a little thing called "phantom symptoms"

You're getting honest answers from ladies who have been there before, and I'm sorry that it's not what you want to hear. Maybe you will have a different perspective if AF shows and you are able to stick around here for another cycle. There is a wealth of knowledge on this board if you are willing to make the effort to learn.
