Thanks! You are sweet to think of me! Ob moved it to yesterday with the impending weather. A few nervous moments when she couldn't find HB with doppler, but she took me right to the u/s room and got it right away. Next up, NT scan.

Aha! I was wondering about the weather. Glad you got in!! What's your official due date now?
Things here are fine. I'm still dealing with some really perplexing and aggrivating GI pain. I've been tracking my food intake and it seems to come on... after eating. And when I'm really hungry Ugh - the Ob said that there's not much we can do in the first tri, so I'm just trying to collect as much info as possible.
As a consequence of tracking my food intake, I can also see how many calories I am eating and wowza. good thing... left to my own devices I can go nuts! Trying not to gain 60 pounds this time
Otherwise, feeling fine. Tired, but fine.
Oh, I've been able to find the h/b with my home doppler, which has been nice. Still can't believe there is a little nugget in there.
CVS is on Feb 16. Hopefully the results won't take long.
Unrelated - we took Sam for a blood draw today to see if he has serum IgE against peanuts, walnuts, almonds or cashews. What's your plan with E?

I am confused on my EDD because she said Sept 1st, but according to my LMP I come up with Aug 31st every time. She said yesterday that I was 9w6d, which is in line with LMP. It's only a day, I guess. ::shrug::
Sorry you are dealing with the GI issue. I think keeping a food log is wise to see if there are connections. Can you see a GI doc? I hope you get some answers or at least some relief! Do Tums or acid reducers help?
We are in teething hell and it is catching up with me and poor Eliza
How did the b/w go? I have the script, but I haven't wanted to take her by myself and DH's schedule has been a little crazy. I am nervous she is going to be a maniac, but I definitely want some answers... Keep me posted on Sam's results!
I hope the next 2 weeks pass quickly and you get your 'normal' results ASAP!

FYI, the blood draw was over in a flash. It was traumatizing - but Sam started into hysterics the moment the phlemobotomist pulled on a glove. He's no dummy! But D held him and helped hold his arm still, and he didn't flinch. I don't know how those phlebs do it, but they are amazing. I mean, Sam cried the entire time, but never struggled. And as soon as we left "the room" he was fine
As for me - haven't tried any acid reducers. I should - maybe that would help. Hmmmm. It's so odd because it is just an all over cramping pain. Sometimes it is more localized in one place or another, but it's kind of just everywhere and that is the ONLY symptom. the doc thinks it could be GERD or an ulcer. Super thanks for the good thoughts and YAY for measuring right on track!! Hope you get some teething relief. it seems to come and go at our house.

Just wanted to butt in as well and say I've been thinking about both of you! And re: weight gain - my trick was watermelon. Fills you up, keeps you hydrated, and is actually good for you. I was limited to gaining 15 lbs. during my pregnancy, and I really think that's one of many things that made the difference.
