Insomnia has struck again..

I just can't seem to fall asleep. Blah.. I even worked out today so you would think that I would tired!

Anyone else having trouble sleeping tonight??

Baby Girl: 7/29/11
Angel Baby: M/C 7/15/14 at 7wk

    I'm up! I'm usually in asleep by now, but DH is out and there is freezing rain so I'm a bit nervous! We both travel for work and I have no problems sleeping then, but whenever he is out and I'm expecting him home at some point in the night I can't sleep! Thankfully this is a rare occurrence anymore ;)

    It has been happening to me every night since 2 mo ago.  I usually don't fall asleep until midnight or so and then awake at 3 or 4 to watch old school cartoons on Boomerang since everything else at that hour either worries me because it is news or drives me nuts because it is a terrible infomercial!  Sorry for your sleeplessness. It truly sucks.

    I think that between the storm noises (new house, new noises) and DH wanting to drive to work tomorrow I am a little anxious.

    i've had chronic insomnia for 20 years (literally) so pregnancy is just an excuse to get up and pee.

    Level one snow emergency was just called in NE Indiana, which means DH actually cannot drive tomorrow without possible arrest. Lol. Maybe now I can sleep.

    I'm awake, but I'm sick so (this time) that's what's keeping me up.  I'm so physically uncomfortable I can't fall asleep, or if I do it's not for long.

    I have insomnia every night... and have for at least the last month. toss and turn trying to fall asleep.... then I sleep and wake up every hour... I feel your pain.

    has anyone else tried unisom? it's safe for pregnancy. I only take half a tablet before bed and it really helps.
