Done with Clomid. . . moving on to Follistim

DH & I met with the doctor today. We have decided to continue on to Follistim. Apparently, I have only produced follicles on my right side all but one cycle, so they are hoping this will help. Fingers crossed!

    I hope injectibles get you more follies!
    11/10: IUI #1 =100mg Clomid CD4-8 + pregnyl trigger + IUI = chemical pregnancy
    1/11: IUI #2 = 5mg Femara + trigger + IUI = BFN
    2/11: IUI #3 = injectibles + trigger + IUI = BFN
    IVF #1 April 2011 ER 4/23 w/16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fert., 4 blasts to freeze, 5dt of 2 blasts on 4/28, beta #1 5/7 = 243... beta #2 5/9 = 491....beta #3 5/11 = 1113!!

    How odd, I had the same thing happen to my while on Clomid. My left ovary was dormant as well.  Moving on to injects next cycle as well. Good luck to you!

    I will probably be typing this exact same post in a few weeks.  We are trying clomid this cycle before moving on to FSH.  I'm curious...why is it bad that only your right ovary is producing follies?  I am in the same boat, but my tube isn't connected because of my unicornuate uterus.

    I don't think it's bad, but they would like to see if we can get at least a follie or two on my left to "up" our chances, in case the sperm only goes to the left Big Smile
