Anyone have a review of Best Bottom Diapers?

My girlfriend gave me several of these and I was just wondering if anyone has had good or bad experiences with them? We've been using prefolds with Econobum covers and I have to pin the prefolds to get them fit right, so I really like the idea of just snapping the insert into these covers and re-using the covers until they are soiled.

Would love to hear any reviews!

I have a handful of friends that use them and LOOOOVE them. I just haven't had the nerve to buy them at normal price considering how many BGs I have. I'm going to try out a couple from my friend soon before I buy any.
