My cousin named his daughter Trinity and another cousin has a stepdaughter named Amethyst.
My stepsister named her son Hendrix, as in Jimi.
My cousin's daughter is Marley Angel.

Earvin, Roberta and Gertrude. Granted, they were my grandfather and great-aunts, respectively, but my grandmother on that side was Josephine, which is a lovely name.

Sa-Royal, and thats what he goes by, no NN! My entire family tried talking her out of it, but she insisted!
Oh also my nephew's MN is Rain. And their last name starts with a S. So his initials are MRS. I really tried to talk my sister out of it, I promise I did.
Perfecta and Segunda are the worst ones, I think. Segunda goes by her mn- Coralia. Yep, she was the second born.
Others are NMS, but not terrible in and of themselves.

my family in PA has pretty bad names:
Lyman, Leon, Burt
We have an amazingly great selection of family names. Matthew, James, William, Jacqueline, Anne, Sandra, Alexander.
But DH's great grandma and her two sisters were named Agnes, Mildred and Gertrude. No joke.
And one of my cousins named her youngest girl Jordyn Skylar. Ick.
Not in my family, but DD goes to daycare with sisters named....

Grandmother's name was Irma. I actually know of two others, one that is around my age - 30.
Only other is cousin's LO's mid name is Ty're. I'm just not into apostrophes in names.

DH's uncle is Lyall.
DH's sister's middle name is Gay.
DH's other sister's middle name is Duranda.

This was my great grandpa's name but I think he went by something else. I dont' really have any horrible names in my family. I have 3 younger cousins (high school and younger) that are sisters: Kaylee, Kelsey & Corrie. Not the worst names...but overused and all of the /K/ sounds are too much since their parent's names have the /K/ sound too.

My great-grandmother's name was Modestina, which is weird, but I secretly love it. watch out, hypothetical DD#2!

My mom and her twin brother go by Christy and Chris. The names are fine by themselves, but I'm not into the whole "naming your twins almost the same thing" bit.

I have a Buford and an Otis in my family too! Though, Otis was pronounced Ah-tis.
my dad has twin cousins named Dianne and Deanne. not bad names, but not what I'd want to name twins.
My great Uncle Bud's given name is Guy Elmer LN III. Fortunately he had four daughters so the name will die out with him.
DH's great g-ma's name was Ingaborg. He keeps it on our name list, God help me!
Ingaborg was the name of a very mentally instable character in Roberto Bolano's 2666. That's all I can think of now.
