Help!! Bloodwork shows Toxoplasma gondii positive

I had a series of blood screening test a week ago and today I was looking over the results and realized I was positive in Toxo G. I still have to go to the OB to have these results analysed. Do I need to get the doctor urgently or can I wait a week or so for an appointment. I am really confused with all the info on it on the web. It looks like I might have had it in the past and it would still show as positive. Is this correct? Anyone go through this? What now?
