NCDR: My Awesome House (PIP)

See how my gutters are falling off?  It happened right before Christmas.  A few weeks ago I paid a company a 50% deposit for them to "get started" but the can't b/c it keeps snowing every #$^#@&*% day!

See the orange fencing and the big pile of dirt?  That's because we were having water back up in our basement periodically since right before Christmas.  Earlier this week we found out it was due to our MAIN sewer line to our house being broken in multiple places.  Thus it must be replaced.  Of course it's buried 9' deep so we had a freaking backhoe sitting in our front yard all day Thursday and now we have a sweet sewage pit & dirt pile until they resume work next week.

We are the envy of the neighborhood right now.
