TTC After a Loss

Anyone not ovulate on their own?

Hi ladies,

I'm new to this board.  I had a termination for medical reasons (D&E) 2.5 weeks ago, at 21 weeks.  I have PCOS and don't ovulate on my own, so I have to use clomid to ovulate.  I have my prescriptions for provera and clomid and my doctor said to take the provera between 4 and 6 weeks post-termination to induce a period.

Does anyone else have experience with this?  If so, when did you take the provera?  Thank you!

Re: Anyone not ovulate on their own?

  • I had to take Provera and Clomid when we were TTC.  My doc had me start the Provera 6 weeks after my D&C.  It took two more weeks for AF to show.

    Good luck!
