  I have Hemp Babies for overnight use. $3/insert. I have 9, but only use them for overnight. I think that is more than I would have needed since I was every 3 days. They work great for overnight use.

  I have both the large and small size. They are the same price at cottonbabies.com, so I would recommend just getting the large so that you can fold down the excess for extra absorbency.
