What kind of pump does insurance cover?

So, maybe I just need to call and ask my own insurance. All this talk of Target clearances had me thinking about a pump, which I wasn't planning to buy until I figured out if our insurance covered one. Have any of you gotten one through insurance (I'm assuming only 2nd time moms since I think you get it from the hospital when you deliver).

    Totally depends on your insurance policy, and perhaps even what your OB prescribes for you- for example, my OB wrote me a script for a double electric pump (gladly since I'm a working mom) and that's what I got, covered at 100%.  I called my provider first to verify coverage for DME (durable medical equipment).
