Bummi Swimmi?

Hi ladies! I am not a CD momma, however I just got a Swimmi for swim class! I was using Huggies swim diapers and had used an iplay reusable swim diaper last summer.

I got the Swimmi because I like the idea of it going on like a diaper and not pull on. Am I supposed to put anything in the Swimmi? It seems so thin, just a cover and mesh interior. The sposie and iplay both had some padding, although I know they don't keep urine in.

Just wanted to double check usage before using it for class tomorrow!

    From my understanding swim diapers are only to hold the poop in.  The swimmi should be fine with nothing underneath.

    We love our Swimmi, you just put it on the bare bottom and you are good to go. Ours contained a really messy poo in the pool a couple of months ago which gave me even more confidence using it.

    Thank you! Knock on wood.....he has never pooped in a swim diaper! I do usually drive him to class knowing the swim diaper doesn't hold pee, I take a chance every week! haha I don't think I will take that chance in a Swimmi though!
