How many more do you think your children are going to have as time passes? - an approximation of explanation of your logic is fine 
I have 8. DH has like 50. DD only has one and it is quite possible that will be her only one. I don't have any issues with it. It will just be very different from our experiences. All of mine live locally and we loved playing as kids. DD's one is states away, so she really won't likely know her that well anyway. Just curious how this is panning out with you...

I have 21 cousins; DH has 9. DS currently has 2 cousins. I'm guessing he'll probably have 4-6 total. Between DH and I, we have 3 sisters. I figure mine will have 1-2. DH's oldest sister has twin 3 year olds and is done. His younger sister will probably have 1-2.
I loved playing with my cousins when I was little. My sis lives in England, so I'm sad that our kids won't enjoy growing up together. DH's sister lives less than a mile from us, so Alec will get to grow up with her twins.
1st cousins- 17 for me, 6 for DH
For Parker and Rowan- 2 so far.
DH and I are the first to have kids on my side and I have 3 other siblings who all are going to have at least two kids. I think DH's brother (who have provided the 2 cousins P&R have) will probably have 1 more. So I'm thinking they'll have at least another 7 cousins.
Sadly we live far from each other, but she definitely knows them and talks about them often.

I have 27 first cousins. I don't know how many DH has. His parents have some kind of family feud where they don't talk with their siblings.
We saw my cousins for parties or holidays probably 10-15 times a year. I am one of the oldest, and most of them are in college now, so I don't see them as much.
Our children don't have any cousins yet. Neither of my siblings are married, but they are young (brother 26 and sister 22), and will probably have 2-3 children each. DH's brother and his wife aren't having any children.
I have, I think, 9. They're a lot older than me. One passed away, and I've only met about half of the other ones.
DH has around 10.
My kids have 4. That's all they'll have. Our siblings have made it very clear that they're done having kids.
I have tons of first cousins! However I'm unsure of the amount because we moved away from them when I was little and only visited once maybe twice a year. My mom has 9 siblings and each of them have between 2-4 kids, so right there is 18-36, just on that side. On my dad's side I know of 4 cousins- however there is more tht I don't know of because my dad's dad left an remarried when he was little and I vaguely knowof 2-3 others just from 'whispers' from other family.
DH has around 10 first cousins.
Our kids have 10 first cousins that I know of. 4 from my side and 6 from DH's side. I put 'that I know of' because my brother might (and probably does) have some kids out there unknown to him/us. (He has sown so many wild oats he should get a farmer's subsidiary from the gov't! lol)
I don't think they will get any more cousins in the near future- DH's has one sister who could have some in the future but wouldn't be for a long time (5-10 years), his other sibs are done having or won't have any.
I have 4 first cousins, 2 older and 2 younger. None of them have ever lived close to me and I don't see them often.
DH has 10 first cousins. He grew up living near all except 3 of them and we still see many of them regularly at family functions.
DD has no cousins. She'll probably have at least one or two cousins (from DH's sister who is getting married this summer) but it won't be for a few years. DH and I don't know for sure about his brother/SIL, but we suspect that they are planning to remain childless. I don't know about my brother's future plans for kids; at the very least he'd need to find a girlfriend first!

I am actually not sure how many DH has. I haven't met any of them. I know of 5 of them, but I am guessing it is probably closer to 10.
DS has none. I suspect my BIL and his wife will have a few kids, but they are very young, so probably not for a few years. I doubt DH's other siblings and my sister will have children.
I have three first cousins and my husband has somewhere around 15 I think. When I was younger I saw my cousins at least twice a week. They were my best friends as a kid. My husband saw some of his cousins frequently when he was younger but as an adult he sees a few of them maybe once a year.
Brian has two cousins right now that are 5 and 2. The 2 year old is a boy so he might end up being close with him but they live about an hour away so we don't see them too often. My sister will have at least two kids but she probably won't have her first for at least another 4-5 years. It is best for her to wait because she's an actuary and still has another 5 exams to take, but it makes me sad that our kids won't be closer in age. We only want one more and will start trying again in November.
I have about 15 first cousins, maybe more (I can't remember). H has maybe 4?

I have 10 but only 1 I'm really close with. A family fued on my dads side when I was little caused friction with the 7 cousins on his side and the others on my moms side are much older then me.

DH is an only child and I only have one sister. My sister is married but is only 24 so I think it will still be a year or 2 before they start a family.

I have 25 first cousins, H has 4 or 5. The boys have 3 cousins right now, but I have a SIL that hasn't yet had children but plans to, and a sister who has one, but wants more.
A lot of my cousins I think more like siblings than cousins, we are very close and cousin just don't seem a strong enough word for our relationships.
I have 11 first cousins. I'm not positive how many DH has, but it's no more than 15.
DS has 3 cousins. I assume that BIL & SIL are done... they MAY have one more. Other BIL may have a couple kids. My sister probably won't have any. So, my guess would be no more than 10.
I have 6 first cousins, but I'm really not close with any of them anymore. My husband has quite a few, actually more than I know off the top of my head. Locally there are 5 who we see several times a year, but in Indiana (where his dad is from) I'd guess there are at least a dozen more that he doesn't really keep in touch with.
Right now our kids have 0 cousins but will have 1 in June. I'm guessing eventually they will only have 2-3 total. They will most likely be all from my husband's brother because his stepsister isn't married and I don't know that she will have kids.
I think it would be nice for our kids to have more cousins but it is what it is. I have no siblings so nothing to contribute on that side. I love the idea of cousins running around together and I'm sure the small pack of them will, but its not going to be a huge group. Kind of a bummer but obviously there's nothing we can do. Hopefully they will develop some nice neighborhood friends and other close friends over the years. That's what I did, as an only child. My closest 5 girlfriends have been my friends for 25-30 years.
I have 7. But we were never close. I have childhood friends I am closer with.
DH has 19. He is pretty close to most of them and we see them pretty often.
DD has none. If I were to be honest with myself she will probably not have any. My brother is not into kids and this might sound weird but a lot of them men in my family don't get married or have kids. DH's sister might have kids but I seriously doubt she will. It makes me kind of sad to think this way but I wouldn't be surprised.

DH has 3 (all from the same aunt/uncle).
DD will be lucky to have any :-( DH and I each only had one sibling. My younger brother died when he was 18. DH's brother is 26 and not married. I'm sure he'll marry eventually and hopefully have kids, but they'll be a lot younger than DD.
It makes me sad because I LOVE having so many cousins. I have 7 on one side, and family get togethers on that side of the family are my favorite thing ever. I'm hoping DD will be close to my cousins and their kids, although they all live pretty far away.

Your children? None, she is the only grandchild on either side. My brother is 40 and unmarried; DH's brother is 30 and unmarried, so I don't know how many will be showing up at this point.
Poor DD. I'm really close to my cousins, and DH to his. I can't imagine being without siblings (we're trying!) or even any cousins. She only sees her 2nd cousins once or twice a year. At least there are plenty of those.
I have 6, DH has 11, DD has none as she is the only grandchild on both sides.
I imagine all of my siblings will have kids one day but I think it will be awhile. They are 23, 22 and 17 (I am the oldest by 4 years) and no one is dating anyone seriously and are pretty focused on school and stuff. I'll probably be done having kids before there are any cousins! My closest 1st cousin is 16 so I didn't really grow up with cousins all around. My parents were both the oldest, married young and had kids young pretty much the same as DH and I. DH has one brother (24) who I can't imagine having kids before he is 30 but I guess you never know.

How many (1st) cousins do you have? I have 21 first cousins. Most of my cousins grew up together, but we always lived a few states away. We visited a couple times of year and always had a great time.

Your children? So far, my kids have 9 cousins.7 of the cousins live here and they will all grow up together. If I had to guess, I would say that they will have 3 more cousins in the future.
I have 4 first cousins. I am not sure how many DH has. His dad's family is still in Australia so I have never met any of them. I have talked to 4 of them on Skype with DH but I know there are more just not sure how many. He also has 2 on his mom's side.
DS and DD have 3 1st cousins...2 on DH's side and 1 on mine. They will have 2-4 more on my side depending on if my brother has any more and how many my sister has when she gets married.
We currently live 5 hours from both of our families but we see them 5-6 times a year. DS and DD both love playing with their cousins and I wish we were closer that they could play more often. However, we are probably moving in the next month and will then be 9 hours from our families so we probably won't see them as often.
I have 36 first cousins (my mom and dad both have 7 brothers & sisters and one of them has 18 kids, Dugger-style!).
DH only has 2.
Emily has 0 cousins. I have a younger sister that is unmarried without kids and DH is an only child.
I grew up with my cousins and LOVED our summers together at the grandparents house, part of me is sad that Emily isn't going to grow up with as much extended family around her.

I have 21 first cousins. I'm pretty close to 5 of them, all girls on my mom's side. My paternal cousins are all way older than me.
DH has 12 first cousins. I've met all of them, they all used to hang out when they were younger.
DD has 6 so far and will probably have about 5 more. I love it because she will be an only child and cousins are a great family link if you don't have siblings.

My grandparents on my dad's side have 13 kids and my grandparents on my mom's side have 9 kids. I have no idea how many cousins I have other than a LOT.
DH's parents are estranged from their family. One because they married outside of their race and the other because they left the country to come to the US and couldn't afford to stay in contact. He has no idea.
DD doesn't have any cousins. My brothers are all young, so who knows how many kids they will have if any. One has talked about having a large family, but he's still a teenager.
I have 31 cousins.
Dh has about 8.
My kids will probably have about 7-10 Id guesstimate.
I have 51 first cousins, ranging in age from about 40yrs old down to 1 yr old. My DH has about 15 or so.
DS has 2 cousins so far, both on my husband's side. He will probably get at least one more on DH's side. My four younger brothers haven't started having kids yet, though two are married. I would guess at least 2 cousins per brother, so that would bring it to 8 on my side and a grand total of about 11 cousins for DS!
Right now: I have 8 on my mom's side of the family ranging in age 28-4wks. on my dad's side, I have 17 from 40 to 13.
MH's; 5 on his mom's side and I'm not 100% sure on his dad's. His dad's siblings were all older (like the same age as my grandparents) so his cousins are all older - most are in the late 40's - 50's.
My kids currently only have one cousin- my BIL & his wife have a little boy who is 18 mo old. However, they live in Taiwan and we met them (wife & son) the first time a few weeks ago. My brother just got married in Sept & my sister is single!

I have 3 first cousins. My parents each only have one sibling. My mom's sister had one son...and my dad's brother has two kids.
On my side, Jordan and Ben have 3 cousins. My one sister has two boys and one of my brothers has a daughter. My other brother and his wife haven't tried/started having kids yet, they are waiting until my brother finishes school. It's an intensive 2 year program and he's half way done (graduates this December). I think they've talked about having two kids. My other brother (who has a daughter already, he's divorced) is in a serious relationship with a girl that my family absolutely adores. He wants to marry her and have children with her. But, she's had two bouts w/ cervical cancer (one of them just recently) and is not sure if she will be able to have children or not, which breaks my heart because she would be an amazing mom. Plus, I think she'd really like to have them one day (she's only 24). My other sister is 29, not dating anyone currently and has said 1000 times that she doesn't want kids. She had a change of heart about this last year when she was in a serious relationship with a guy she thought she'd marry eventually, but he turned out to be a jerk. So, who knows if she'll want children or not if she finds the right guy. I can honestly see her not having kids. She's a great aunt, and I think she's content with that.
DH has something like 20 first cousins. He has 2 sisters. Only one is married and she has an almost 6 year old son. She was pregnant, but miscarried last week.
DH's other sister is in a serious relationship and we expect them to be engaged in the next year or so. I imagine that she wants to have kids eventually, but I've never really asked her if she planned to or not. So, Ben has one first cousin on DH's side.
I don't know for sure how many I have. A lot. I don't know most of them. I've only gotten to know a couple of them recently through facebook. We never lived near any of them growing up.

I have 10 cousins and DH has 6 plus more that he doesn't even know.
DD has 4 cousins and 1 on the way. I think her final count will be 5. DH has one brother who will have 3 children come June. I have one sister who has two children, but she won't be having anymore since they are 22 and 19.

My children have none.
Eventually I hope they'll have at least 8 between my 4 siblings & DH's 2. I am taking into account that 1 can't & 1 says he won't.
