feeding issues (again/still)

so LO and I flew to my brothers house for the weekend and the day we flew in LO hardley ate, and my boobs ballooned to Dolly Parton status and hard as a rock. ive been pumpin before he eats so he doesnt choke, but he will only eat 4 minutes or so and cry/fuss/kick his legs.    

he has reflux and im in process of starting dairy/gluten free per doc.   the only thing hes taking is alimentum in a bottle.  is this a sudden fluke becayse of traveling? is my milk just too insane fast for him?

If you're pumping before he eats, maybe he's not getting enough and gets frustrated?  Or it could be the opposite and your let down is still too intense for him (but then he would be choking?).  Maybe he is just getting used to the bottle, which is easier to get milk out of.  Hmmm...sorry I can't think of anything else.

its been a few weeks, it was getting better for a few days then back to usual.  i have noticed the letdown sprays sometimes and my boobs get pretty rock hard in between feedings lately.  before that he was grunting and crying alot so i have dairy cutout now.   good to know that it takes awhile to get out of your system dr didnt mention that.
