anyone else have to eat every hour

To avoid m/s I am literally eating every hour.

I have to make sure I am well stocked up on snacks while at work, mostly dry foods like granola bars, chips, crackers.  This alone is exhausting.

  • mee! I haven't been vomiting, only bad bouts of nausea. But I too find that if I eat every hour to 2 hours it says away.

  • I do. I eat once an hour now. I stock up on: yogurt, dried fruit, nuts, string cheese, applesauce, fresh fruits, crackers, wheat thins, and pretzels. 

    The fridge at work is PACKED because of my constant snacking!

  • I've never said this before in my life, but I am sick and tired of eating! It is so exhausting so I know where you are coming from completely, I eat every 2 hours w/ a mint or lemon drop on the off hour.. Good luck! Hopefully we will be able to slow it down soon!

  • I do. It helps me feel less nauseous. Unfortunatley I have a hard time bringing enough food to work, and I end up eating junk food. I'm going to gain WAY too much weight in the next few months!

  • ABSOLUTELY!  I don't actually throw up, but the nausea is just too much if I don't eat at least every 2 hours!

  • Yup, me too. I have to eat something at least every two hours or I start feeling insanely hungry and nauseated at the same time. I try to eat fruit or something moderately healthy, but it usually doesn't fill me up enough to take the edge off.

  • I'm up to every 2 & 1/2-3 hrs... But if I do get hungry and I don't eat with in about 30 mins I'm nauseous:(

  • no, i eat contanstly. like I snack all day long. I can barely go 30 min without poping a cracker in my mouth. I bring soo much fruit everyday to work so that i snack of healthier things......

  • I have to eat at least once an hour not for nausea but because I'm starving if I go much longer.

  • From the time I get up in the morning to about 1 pm, I have to eat constantly to keep from getting sick.  I keep getting grossed out by my snacks and have to look for new things!

  • Thank goodness it isn't just me. I normally love to eat but eating all of the time is just plain wearing me out. I am constantly thinking of what will be next. I sometimes just go to bed early just so I don't have to think about food anymore.
  • I have to as well.  I went to work the other night (night shift) with a paper grocery bag and smaller bag FULL of food.  I had mac'n'cheese, frozen dinner, yogurt, ginger grahams, sour gummies, protein shake, Jimmy John's sandwich, small coke, tea, chips, and some fruit roll-ups!  Plus, I keep soup, canned fruit and granola bars in my locker.  Insane!

  • Glad to hear Im not the only one. Hope it slows down or else I am in for a rude awakening when I step on that scale. I read that calories only need to increase by 300... theres no way. Im not even hungry, but that sick feeling starts... and I have to eat. Anyone have any snack suggestions they love.. Im bored with mine.
  • Hopefully this will end within the next few weeks for everyone.

    Right now, im munching on wheat thins with a little bonne belle cheese.

    I'm sure I'll be hungry/sickly in about an hour, joy.

     

     

  • I eat about every 2 hours to avoid m/s but try to make sure I am getting protein and complex carbs in here and there to help keep me full, too.
