Weekend: Hanging out with the kids. Hockey practice on Saturday. DH has to work.
Surprising fact: I always said and thought I didn't want kids. I actually enjoy some kids cartoon movies. I never wear makeup and I mostly blame it on my rosacea and sensitive skin but really I don't have a clue how to apply it right. (and when I do try I feel like a circus clown) I played with Grand Champion horses until I was 16 (and at that same time I was paid to take care of 13 actual horses.)
4w0d pregnant! I feel really good! Granted, it's a little early for icky symptoms, but still.
This weekend: Not much, just the way I like it! MIL and stepFIL coming Sunday afternoon to hang out with Ella.
Something surprising: A lot of you already know this, but I'm adopted. So is my brother, and so is my mom. Also, I have an outie belly button.
Where and how? 30w5d pregnant. It's up and down right now. I didn't sleep at all on Weds night, so I was very tired, cranky, and on the verge of tears all day yesterday. DH and I were pretty snipe-y with one another last night.
I got some sleep last night and feel much better today, thankfully.
My left hip is all out of joint and so now I'm hobble-waddling. It's kind of amusing.
Weekend plans? My first shower is tomorrow at my parents house in NW Ind. I am so excited!

Birthday celebration tonight & low key the rest of the weekend
I was adopted when I was 2 months old from Seoul
1. end of cycle and I'm in a foul mood, just easily irritated and of course everything is on my nerves, ugh.
2. nothing really, maybe going to a friends daughters b-day party and hopefully getting some stuff done around the house since I feel like we are living in filth.
3. Not all that interesting, but I was a competitive gymnast for 16 yrs. I have over 140 cousins on my moms side of the family b/c she has 14 brothers and sisters so our family functions are large and fun.

My dad was in the Army while I was growing up. I've lived in North Carolina, Germany and Hawaii as a result. He took a medical retirement when I was 13 and we moved to Indiana where both of my parents grew up.
Where and how? 16w2d, feeling like poo... morning sickness reared its ugly head again this morning. waaahhhh
Weekend plans? Going to Motherhood Maternity outlet store on Saturday and Buy Buy Baby on Sunday... might convince DH to go on a date to see the Kings Speech tonight if i'm feeling better.
Tell us something surprising about you. Umm... I'm the oldest of 4 girls... I studied abroad in Australia in college and after the semester when we traveled to New Zealand I went on the Lord of the Rings tour (total geek)... I met DH at engineering camp at ND between junior and senior year of high school (again, TOTAL geek)

Who knows, somewhere in the 3rd wk of BCP? How? Great! Sleep is a gift. 12-6 am, with only a couple of paci plugs in the middle. Ahhhhhhhh!
Weekend plans?
Deep cleaning the abode. It shows just how magical sleep can be to say that I'm sort of looking forward to it. Oh, and giant MOPS playdate at my house on Mon. So prepping some good food for that. PW cinnamon rolls!

I didn't want to have kids, much less be a SAHM. Never say never, right? I'm doing exactly the opposite of what I wanted, but I'm loving it more than I could ever have dreamed. (See? Sleep makes you cheesy).
Where and How?
19ish months PP...still dealing with depression, but hopefully being at work again, getting out of the house and having adult interaction will help all of that out.
Weekend Plans? None. We have to prep for Ryan's big doctor's appointment on Monday (I'm so afraid I'm going to forget something important). I think just a quiet night around the house, lots of cuddling our little boy.

I have zero self-confidence and I don't know how to fix it.

Tell us something surprising about you. I didn't want to get married and have kids until i was at least 30. had a kid when i was 20 (in relationship with kid's dad for 10 years) and didn't get married until i was 36. oh, and i wanted to have 4 or 5 kids instead of just 1.
1. 18mths and 3mths pp. Feeling okay. Pink eye in our house is YUCK!

3. I almost went to law school in 2007, I got into IU indy and btown but we decided to start a family instead.

um. none. I'll do some cooking and art projects with Jake on Sat. DH is working late tonight and most of Sunday. I could cry, but I don't have anything left.
I never did any girly girl primping until before my wedding. Growing up on a farm, I just didn't know about these things. Now, I am too cheap. I think I'd rather buy new clothes for my kids rather than get a pedi.
1. CD 10, I think. Feeling pretty good. Landon woke up dry this morning and went potty on his seat this morning! :-)
2. It is my birthday weekend! Suppose to have dinner tonight, but I have no clue where.
3. I used to ice skate in competitions when I was younger. My aunt and uncle owned 2 skating rinks in Chicago, so I would skate 24/7.

CD13. Pretty sure I'm getting ready to O. Of course, I work midnights tonight and that leaves no option for sex. Ugh. Hopefully lastnight and tomorrow night will do the trick.

Working tonight. Tomorrow DH works and we decided to have a movie marathon tomorrow night. Thinking maybe all the HSmusicals. Yes, we are dorks.
That way Gracie can be entertained by the music. Sunday, church and lounging all day.

1. 9 mo pp. I have a little headache because we got home late last night and I'm tired. I could use a little more coffee, but other than that, I can't complain!
2. Annie's 9 mo well baby visit tomorrow, maybe going to a big basketball game tomorrow afternoon (depending on how A is doing after shots). I have to grade some tests and I want to continue to organize/meal plan/etc. DH has a paper due Sunday, so he'll be working most of the weekend, although we agreed to hang out Sat. night and do something fun together.
3. The day that Anne was due, I had a photo shoot as a maternity model for Picture People. Yeah, I was 40 w pregnant. Thank goodness for photo editing, right?
1st day of AF...for the book club girls apparently E isn't a physic

I don't know how to ride a bicycle...crazy, huh? I mean I probably could but haven't ridden once since I was a kid and feel like I would fall over instantly. Guess I need to give it a try and see if the saying "it's just like riding a bicycle" is accurate!
1) 9w6d, feeling good - I have my first appointment on Monday, feeling pretty nervous that everything will be ok.
2) We have our county bar association dinner tonight, and a suprise birthday party for a friend tomorrow night. Two more events that I have to hide the fact that I'm not drinking at - this is getting really old!
3) I am a dentist who is addicted to soda! I can't get enough - caffiene free pepsi right now is my fav!

Weekend plans? Nada this evening though we may go into town to get Abe a new phone and to get groceries. Tomorrow, Winterfest!!! We got a DD so I can sample (though I am confident neither Abe or I will be buzzed - better safe than sorry). Sunday we'll likely just hang out at the house, relax, clean, perhaps do a little bonfire out back because we have some things to burn. So country.

I went to BSU for their Interior Design program because my life plan was to move to a big city, live the single life until my thirties then maybe, *maybe* get married. I didn't think I wanted kids back then. My life turned out a little differently than my 18-year-old projections, huh? I wouldn't change a thing

Tell us something surprising about you. Many of you already know this, but my dad died of colon cancer when I was 6 wks old. I've had two colonoscopies already. Like Sarah, I used to compete in figure skating competitions. In Sept, I biked 108 miles from Millenium Park in Chicago to the Dome on Notre Dame Ave. I wildly fluctuate between being a go-getter to being the laziest person in the world.

Around 3-4 dpo, feeling ok but my sinus thing that lasted 2 weeks has now moved to my throat chest, so I have a funny voice an annoying cough. Seriously .....longest head cold EVER!
Not sure we really have much going on this weekend. Finally going out with DH's mom this evening for his B-day that was back in December.....opps.
Oh, I'm not a real shocking person......here is kinda one....I really wouldn't say I ever had any kind of serious relationship until I was a Jr. in college and DH was by far the only person I ever dated for more than a few months.
13 weeks PP. I feel kinda icky, but that is probably b/c I was bad and bought myself a case of Mt. Dew this week. I have been drinking it like its going out of style...geesh, I need to get my behind to the gym!
This weekend I plan to do nothing much. I really want to enjoy the last few days of my maternity leave with LO and DH. In fact I am not even going to wear anything but sweats and probably no makeup!!!
hmmm..let's see...I took clogging classes for about 10 years while growing up!! When I look at the pictures now I am absolutely embarrassed!!!

2. My parents are keeping Jocelyn tonight and taking her to a special tea party tomorrow, so Chris and I are having a rare date night tonight (Capitol Grill). Tomorrow we are spending some time with the in-laws. Sunday I'm planning to clean and nest some more. I love not working weekends.
3. In high school I was the captain of the cheerleading squad. In college I followed Phish tour. Go figure. Most people who know me now can't imagine either of those being true
Where and how? almost 3 months PP. Doing pretty good. I've had some really rough evenings this week. Several of them ended in all three of us crying
Weekend plans? Errands, cleaning, hopefully relaxing a bit (well as much as you can relax with three month old fussy twins!)

surprising? I went backpacking for 2 weeks at Isle Royale National Park. It was so awesome. Had to carry in anything you needed and carry out EVERYthing. I was little (summer between 8th and 9th grades) but had a 45 lb back pack. I didn't mind (that much) not showering except for the last day

Going to see a florist with my mom and sister tomorrow and then DH and I are going to a surprise party downtown indy for a friend who is turning the big 30! sunday I think DH and I might take DS out and about to maybe get a few toys with my work bonus and maybe grab some lunch.
I dont wear make up - the only times I really have was for prom and my wedding day. I just dont know how to do it and with my sensitive skin its just not worth the money and hassel. And everyone says I look like my mom and my sister looks like my dad.

2. Nothing right now. I'm just going to relax and try to fully recoup from the stomach bug that brought me down this week.
3. I love old school hip hop. I can bust out Salt n Pepa lyrics like you wouldn't believe, and it really surprises most everyone that knows me. I also got a full ride scholarship to college for academics and my cello.
Where and how? 1mo post. Um...really?!?! That month went so fast! I am feeling pretty good, it's amazing how one can get adjusted to little sleep.
