This is a place where all the ladies on 3T who are going through IVF can give updates and offer support to one another.
Please let me know if you would like to be added or if I have missed any updates.
Big Hugs to *S&S*, I hope your #'s continue to decline and you don't have to do the methotrexate.
Congratulations Mrs. Mo!! I think you have a lot of people doing a happy dance for you!
Fingers crossed for those of us in the 2WW, magnolia_femme, MrsLoos, & mybellbride2be. I hope Mrs. Mo was the start of a BFP wave around here.
Good luck to KrysiaHamaty, cbubbles2, Maddie753, flycka with their upcoming ER/ET!

Re: ~*~IVF Check-in 1/26~*~
No real update for me, just in the 2WW and crazily analyzing any little twinge, ache, etc. Beta is Monday, and I'm not going to test until then. I tested at IVF #1 and the BFN sucked just as much as the negative beta. But I'm thinking positive!! I know Mrs. Mo is starting out a mass T-TTC exodus!
QOTW: I love to play the piano, cook, and learn new languages. But that makes me sound way more cultured than I am, so I'll also admit that I love to watch bad reality TV. "My Strange Addition" is my new fave.
Update: I went in today for monitoring appointment since we are expecting another big storm tonight into tomorrow morning. I just got the message to stay on the same dosage of 75 IUI Gonal-f and 1 vial of Menopur and go back Saturday for another b/w & u/s check.
QOTW: Do you have a hobby? Or what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I don't have any real hobbies but in my free time I like to play poker and DH and I love to play mini-golf. Lots of our time right now is taken up by getting our condo into shape to sell in the spring.
IVF#3 brought us our miracle baby girl on June 26, 2012
Update: AF showed up yesterday so I go in tomorrow for my baseline and hopefully start stims.
QOTW: I don't really have a hobby. I coach 2 sports, but I don't really do anything other than that. I really should get one since I have spent way too much time on the internet reading about IVF!
IVF#1 Jan/Feb 2011 Lupron Follistim 1/29
ER 2/10 28 Retrieved 21 Fertilized w/ICSI
ET 2/15 Transferred 2 beautiful embryos, 10 frosties
Beta #1 2/24-141~Beta #2 2/28-1007
1st u/s HB 116 2nd u/s HB 133
I could have 10 hobbies and I would still do this.
Update: In the dreaded 2WW. Trying not to think about it too much (yeah right) and just stay relaxed and positive. I've got some projects I've been saving for these two weeks, working on our wedding album (yes it's been almost 2 years
) and doing our taxes which I find kind of fun! I use turbo tax online and I love watching the $amount change as I enter info. We're hoping for a big fat refund this year - yay for being able to write off IF treatments. (the silver lining right?)
QOTW: I don't really have a hobby per se, I do love to cook and I've been enjoying trying out new recipes or modifying old ones that fit into my crazy endo diet! I also really like decorating and if I don't get to decorate a nursery soon I'm going to have to change up one of our bathrooms, they're due for a facelift!
Good luck to everyone in the 2ww and congrats again Mrs. Mo! Lots of hugs for Stillwaiting:(
Update: 1st monitoring appt is tomorrow morning:) Interested to see how things are growing!
QOTW: I don't really have hobbies but I've gotten into photography recently:) I mostly just do photo shoots with friends. I have a lot to learn but I love it!
Test or no test it doesn't matter as long as it makes you calmer, just remember it's not over until it's over.
Waiting for ET on Friday. It seems very surreal. I'm very scared of PIO.
Hobbies? I have tons, mainly because I love to learn.
My favorites and oldest: knitting, sewing and cooking. I recently got started on quilting and photography. Time to plan for this spring!
TTC since 1/2008
Big hugs to stillwaiting.
Congratulations Mrs. Mo!
Good luck to magnolia_femme, MrsLoos, & mybellbride2be.
Good luck to KrysiaHamaty, cbubbles2, Maddie753, flycka with their upcoming ER/ET!
Update: My beta's...25, 139, 169 (knew it wasn't good), 275, 244, 232, 172. I think with this last decrease, I will not have to get the methotrexate shot. I go back on Jan. 28th for another beta check. My RE said we can start my FET meds when AF comes...hope it doesn't take to long;)
QOTD: I enjoy reading
!
ETA: Thanks Mrsloos for keeping up with the IVF check-in...you do a fab job:)
Update: Please move me to the lupron section because I am starting it today!! I had my progesterone tested this morning and they called this afternoon to tell me to start lupron.
QOTW: I don't really have a hobbie currently. DH and I took ballroom dance classes for 2 years, but we stopped this year (he wanted to stop). I teach 1st grade CCD (Catholic version of Sunday school for those that don't know). I am in a women's civic club, actually I am the vice president and I write the monthly newsletter - is that a hobby? The club does fundraising and we give a yearly scholarship, as well as donate money to various charities.
I also like to talk on the phone, bake, cook, watch TV, especially Gilmore Girls re-runs. I used to ski some, but haven't done much the last couple of years. Oh and I spend way too many hours online frittering away my time.
Hi girls, still stimming. I go back in tomorrow for b/w (is it weird that they're not doing an u/s?)
QOTW: I was doing some quilting for a while but DH took over my sewing table and made it a Lego table. Otherwise, my favorite hobby is just reading.
Good luck to all in the 2ww and congrats Mrs. Mo!
Update: No update. Still on bcp's. Started breakthrough bleeding today (awesome!!!).
QOTW: I have no hobbies. I know, I'm not very interesting. I've been pretty busy at work lately and very stressed. Accountant...need I say more.
Hello all! Good luck to those in the 2ww and those with upcoming ER and ETs. I am currently on BCPs for my antagonist IVF # 2 cycle. I'm hoping this one is the winner!
QOTW: I enjoy scrapbooking and photography, even though I don't have a lot of time to do it recently.
Congrats to MrsMo! Best of luck to all others in the 2ww and having upcoming procedures. : )
Update: Went for my mock transfer, signed consents and did a mandatory injections class (even though we have already done injections). Our appointment was interuppted though when DH had to be taken via ambulance to the ER due to an allegric reaction! He is okay though! His face swelled and had difficultly breathing but was given an epi pen, bendryll and steroids. His reaction was apparently to soy milk which I had just brought since my acupunturist recommend cutting down on dairy. IF rocks yet again.
QOTW: I love to read and go logic puzzles or games. I have been working out recently and trying out new healthy recipes. Just recently took up knitting too.
((HUGE HUGS)) *S&S* and Stillwaiting.
Congratulations Mrs. Mo!!
Good luck magnolia_femme, MrsLoos and mybellbride2be!! I hope you add to our success list!
Good luck KrysiaHamaty, cbubbles2, Maddie753 and flycka. I hope your ERs and ETs go perfectly!
Update: Still waiting to start testing. I started spotting again. I really thought it was CD1 at one point yesterday for it just to turn back into spotting. I am going to the RE tomorrow to get some blood tests done. Who knows when things will get back to normal so I can do testing and get a new plan from the new RE.
QOTW: I don't have a lot of free time these days. I love to read when I have time. I used to enjoy running and working out, but I am now really out of shape and spend way too much time at work to do this regularly.
~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~

Congrats Mrs. Mo!!! And GL ladies in the 2ww! Big hugs to everyone and anyone who needs them!
Update: Had ET yesterday and officially in 2ww...will have beta on 2/5.
QOTW: I enjoy painting and doing little crafts. Recently I've been painting letters to hang for friend's who've just had their babies. I've found that it helps me cope with so many emotions surrounding IF when a friend gives birth...I have a sense of pride in what I've created, I have something to focus on and my friend's appreciate the love and time I put into a personalized gift for their child. It's so cheesy, but it gives me something crafty to keep busy with and get me through all the waiting.

Update: Not much new here.... still waiting for apt with new RE on 1/31. I sorta temped late/midway thru this break cycle but then forgot to temp, so I don't know if I O'd yet since I have longish cycles usually, but I'll probably POAS with a cheapie on Sunday 1/30 if no AF before then just to see if I'm that lucky before RE apt.
QOTD: I like to bump, and watch HGTV and then do what I see around the house. I need some more hobbies.

Update: I start stims tomorrow (Friday) for IVF#3. I honestly don't know what to be feeling right now. I can't believe that I am in here. It was a shock that I couldn't get pregnant on my own, a shock that I needed help, a shock that I needed to do IVF, shock after two failed attempts on now IVF#3 here I am. I really hope third time is a charm because I don't know where I will go from here and it is hard to even think of it!
