I have a ninja child and choc. covered pretzels are now banned from my house!

I swear I have a ninja child.

Hubs left a bag of choc covered pretzels in reach of Grace. When she went for them the first time I grabbed the bag, sealed it, and tossed it aside as I swooped her up to go for a bum change. (shame on mommy for not putting it on a high, high shelf)

I bring her back in the living room and she starts crawling around and playing with her toys while I check my email. 10 minutes later I realized the past minute or two was way to quiet...

I look for where she is and she is sitting beside the couch, just barely out of my sight and all I could see were her little feet.

I get up to look at her and she has found the bag, opened it, and sucked the chocolate off 3 pretzels!!!

What am I going to do with this child??? Thankfully the extra sugar didn't effect her nap time, and I was able to move anything food related into the pantry.

Uh Oh! I bet that was a cute chocolate face!

I know how you feel, E's crawling is taking a little getting used to. It's not like he stays where you put him anymore like he used to! I've had a few moments where I've had to stop & remember that I have a mobile baby now!

DH once did this with chocolate covered raisins. MUCH scarier than pretzels! They were shoved under the couch and I didn't know they were there... she got really quiet when I was doing something (it's been a few months) and when I got to her she had 5 (that's FIVE ladies and gentlemen) in her mouth (and they were BIG) and 3-5 in her hands. She was COVERED in chocolate.

I felt really bad because she SCREAMED bloody murder when I dug them out of her mouth, and the entire time I washed her off. I finally realized she was starving, and she sat down and ate a big lunch. But still, she scared me!
