  I only bought one at retail price. I bought 3 used ones in EC from mamas on this board for around ($14-15) and I bought 2 new ones from just kids store when they were on sale for $15.99.

  If you are open to used dipaers I've seen them on spots sometimes. You could check there. You could check CD online stores to get gently used or preowned.

  Justkidsstore.com has them lower priced but shipping is pricey.

  Thanks for the tips - I'm still on the fence about used CD. I have a few NB KL that were used, but I feel like they couldn't have been used that long so I'm okay with it. 

  I have time to stalk sites and wait for sales.

  I wait for cottonbabies to do a seconds sale on them.  I have built most my stash of seconds elementals. usually $17 each with free shipping and sometimes you can apply a coupon for more off.
