I am most likely having a m/c

I don't remember much but yesterday I was driving to my moms and felt the gush again. I knew it was blood and continued to feel it coming out. I got to my moms and I remember being in the bathroom yelling for her to help and call Rick because I was bleeding so bad and there was something coming out. I guess at that point she found me lying on the floor naked, unresponsive and there was blood covering me and all over the bathroom. I woke up in the hospital (she called an ambulance according to Rick who had arrived at her house at some point). At the hospital, they hooked me up to heart monitors, IVs and pain meds. Once they unwound me from blankets and towels they found something the size of a golf ball and thought it was the baby and placenta. After 3 doses of pain meds, they got me out of the fetal position and I was no longer in pain. The dr did an exam and said I was dilated and probably in the process of m/c. They watched me for a few hours because they thought I was going to need blood but it eventually slowed down. They got me to u/s after about 3 hours and the baby was still there with a heartbeat but the baby is very low and they think due to whatever the mass was and the amount of bleeding that the baby won't make it much longer. I am on some pain killers every 4 hours and still having some pain but the bleeding has slowed way down and is now really thick, dark blood.  I go to the Dr Friday for a follow up but have prepared myself that this is the end yet again.  I feel horrible for my mom as we had not told anyone I was pregnant yet and she finds out by finding me like that.
