Rocking chair/glider cushions

I was fortunate enough to inherit nursery furniture from my sister, but the rocking chair she gave me no longer has a cushion on it. She doesn't remember what happened to it. Anyone know of a store or website where you can order just a replacement cushion, or where I could get a pattern to sew one myself?

I've tried looking online, but most of what I'm finding is only for the chair + cushion, not the cushion by itself. I hate to let a perfectly good rocker go to waste just because I can't find a cushion for it. TIA! Smile
