I did my first injectible med shot!

I swear that took me forever to psych myself up for, but I did it! Woohoo!

I bled a few dots worth, I hope that's normal. And there was a little dot of med left on the needle when I took it out. Normal? Hope so.

I can't believe I just did it.

YAY! Way to go OCW! It still takes me a while to psych myself up to shoot myself up, and I'm on my 3rd injectable cycle. I'm getting ready to go do mine soon. Good luck!

wow I am impressed! I have to do it tonight, I am nervous. I am going to have MH do it. He said though I need to learn how to do it myself just in case he is not home when I need to.

Congrats. Doing it the first time, especially for yourself is always the hardest. Now you know that it's not so bad and hopefully the next one (if required) you won't have to psych yourself up. I'm dreading the IVF shots and doing them all myself.

Congrats! The first time is always the worst. And now you know you can do it.
Don't worry about the dot of med coming out. They recommend to wait 10 seconds before taking the needle out but no biggy.
