I'd love your T&P/good thoughts

I've been up since about 2 with cramping, pressure and intermittent contractions. My midwife wants me to come in for an ultrasound to see what's going on so I'm headed in as soon as I drop my oldest off at school. Any good thoughts that this baby is still tucked in tight would be much appreciated.

Update:

Back from the mw. U/S showed my cervix is still looking great at a 3, so at least the contractions aren't causing any changes down there at this point. They did find blood and leukocytes in my urine so they're thinking I have some kind of infection. I'm on "take it extra easy" orders until they get the lab work back and figure out what's up.

Thanks SO MUCH for all the kind wishes, everyone! It means a ton.
