I'm doing an order right now for my etsy shop, a diaper snap conversion.
First of all, the diapers she sent are pretty well used, but anyways..I put a tiny little hole in the inner layer of one of the customers diapers. It won't fray, it won't hurt the functionality diaper at all but I feel really bad. I sent her an email with a pic and told her that I would put a little patch on it, pay her the $4 back for that diaper and I was thinking I'd throw in a couple wipes too, I have the material here, it wouldn't cost me anything.
Thoughts?

Re: Does this sound fair?
Sounds fair to me too!
ETA: you got PM
Sounds fair to me...if the hole is tiny, can you just mend it instead of patching it? Might look less major.
