When should I worry?

On 12/5 I contacted a lady about 2 custom football fitteds.  After e-mailing back and forth for a few days with details I made payment on 12/9.  She was having one of the fabrics shipped to her so she said they probably wouldn't be out by 12/22 when she was going on vacation for the rest of the year. On 1/6 she e-mailed me to let me know that her family had been sick over break and she was getting caught up and would have the diapers out to me soon.  So I e-mailed her yesterday just checking on the progress of the diapers and I still haven't heard back.  How long should I wait before I start to worry that I'm out $50?

    Oh wow.  That sucks.  I might give it another day, but that's a ridiculous amount of time to wait.  Did you pay via Pay Pal?  You can always do a dispute with them and that will either light a fire under her if she cares about her rep or get your money back.

    You are coming up on your 45 days pp dispute period. I would send one more email telling her if you don't hear back in 24 hours you are filing a claim.
