DH and I are going grocery shopping after work tonight and I need ideas/inspirations for what to get! I'm a big fan of getting a rotisserie chicken and doing something with it, so I'm leaning towards that. Maybe a chicken soup?

After 3 failed Clomid+TI cycles, DD was conceived with IUI#1

Re: WFD?
I love getting a rotisserie chicken and making things with it. I make chicken lasagna, chicken and biscuits, chicken soup, chicken enchiladas, and so many other things with it!
We are having leftovers from last night: homemade mac and cheese, ham, and green beans. What I really want are steak fajitas, though. Oh well.
I'm making lasagna tonight for the first time ever, hope it turns out! Trying out this recipe...

Make a chicken rice-a-ronni casserol:
You need:
Chicken (cooked)
Chicken rice-a-ronni
1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of cream of celery
Caserole dish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450*
Shred up some of the chicken (as much as you want) and put it aside
Make the chicken rice-a-ronni
Mix chicken, rice, cream of chicken, and cream of celery all into the casserol dish. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Its a great easy casserol and even my 2 and 3 year old nephews love it. They tell me all the time this is the best chicken ever!

I finally replenished my chili powder and cumin supply so I am making tacos with ground beef. Really, it will probably end up being taco salads because I just looked and there are only two tortillas left. Oops.
I do that ALL the time! :O)

Chicken Stir Fry or Chicken Enchiladas... haven't decided yet.
