Boy clothes that don't suck...

or cost a million dollars, and aren't totally impractical.

Where do you buy yours?  I already have a bunch of Carter's stuff and not a lot of time to scour websites or hit the mall digging for reasonably priced cute stuff.  So I'm hoping to find a few cute outfits online...any ideas?

  • gymboree, H&M, Old Navy

(sorry, didn't notice the online requirement - but H&M does have some really cute boys' stuff - I got a tuxedo sleeper there!)

I have gotten some gymboree stuff on Ebay to save $$.

  • I have a baby girl but I second Gap. She is a long and lean baby and Gap and Carters fit her the best!
  • I don't know if you have an H&M in your area, but I buy the majority of my boy clothes there because they are awesome. Unfortunately they don't have an online shop in the US.

  • Kohl's has some cute boy stuff.

  • Old Navy and Gap are sister stores so naturally I like both.  ON is cheaper though.

  • Gymboree- I look at the new collections, wait a few weeks and buy them on sale.  Baby's wardrobe is almost all Gymboree.  Some old navy and a few cute carter's stuff.  Nordstrom sale too :)  Also, when Gymboree isn't having their big red balloon (which I think they are now) I ask the associates if they have anything in the back in the sizes I need.  One time, the girl brought out sweaters, pants, and overalls from last year.  The most I spent on an item was 9.99 for overalls, everything else was like $4.  Good luck!

  • I love baby gap and janie & jack (on sale of course).  I also LOVE dwellstudio, kate quinn organics, and petit lem so I try to find them on ebay.

  • I buy all my clothes for dirt cheap second hand from a girl who is a total clothes horse.  All her clothes are baby gap, children's place, gymboree, and as her child outgrows them, I buy them from her. $1 a shirt $2 a pair of pants.

I also find a lot of cute cheap clothes at garage sales.

  • I like Old Navy, Circo at Target, and the Little Miss Matched line at BRU.  I'm not a huge fan of the Carters-y pastel blue with precious animals all over them thing...I like primary colors and guitars and monkeys and stuff like that.  I'm going home to Indiana to visit in March, and I can't wait to go to H&M and shop for the Peanut...I may get into some trouble :)

  • Crazy 8. They are owned by Gymboree I believe and most of their stuff is just as nice but cheaper.
  • I really like Osh Kosh and Baby Gap. I like Gymboree but it's expensive so I try to get sale items.

  • I didn't read all the posts so I'm not sure if someone already mentioned this, but try Crazy8... they are the same company as Gymboree, great prices, cute stuff, and a great website!  GL!

  • I see you are in the Chicago Suburbs.  There is a Gymboree Outlet in Aurora that might be worth the trip.  I got some of the cutest outfits, really cheap!  I plan on making a trip out there again next week.
