R got her first real shiner over the weekend. Unfortunately, she's got my grace. While we were visiting her grandparents, she fell and hit the corner of a coffee table.
It's funny in a way, but breaks my heart at the same time.
ETA. This pic was taken yesterday and it's actually DARKER today. Eeek!

unfortunately we've dealt w/a lot of shiners around here lol. hope she heals up quickly from that.
