Just saw they opened up the October 2011 Moms thread, and sighed. My gut feeling is not confident about this cycle. Charting only CM has left me confused about O and OPT' s have been no help this far. Trying to think positive and realized it may be still to early for O since this is my first cycle since stopping BC in November. Ok vent over, back to "patiently" waiting Stick out tongue .

I am right there with you. I stopped taking BC in November as well, but I had my first cycle in December. But thanks to just coming off the pill and being really sick this month, I have no idea when or if I O'd. But I would love to be part of the Oct 2011 board.

I would too. When I was 10 DPO I started looking to see if there was on October board yet. Spotted yesterday, full on AF today...and I'm likely out for that Board.

Good luck to all still in teh running to make that Board, I've got my sights set on a November, 2011 board now!!

I feel the exact same way! This is my first month that I've let my hopes get up that much, so now I feel like it's probably going to be a HUGE let down, as opposed to an only kind of big let down...

I'd love to too. My hubby's b-day would be my EDD and my mom;s b-day is the day after. I was born on my Grandfather on my Mom's side's b-day so it would be kind of like history repeating... So far my BFN's are saying it isn't going to happen. I try not to get my hopes up each month but still after all this time I do.

I couldn't agree more!!! If I get KU this cycle, my DD will be 10/25 which is right before my SIL's birthday. She keeps telling me & DH that she wants to be an aunt again. We've already decided if we get KU, we're going to announce it to her by saying that we're getting her a really awesome birthday present

I'm sick of hoping, wishing, praying, pleading and begging... So this cycle...

I've decided that i'm already a member of the October board. They say that you can make anything happen with your mind... So, this cycle... cycle 8, I'm pregnant.

I know i'm only 3dpo (probably more like 2dpo) but that's irrelevant! So... Forget about having sex, checking CM, OPK's, Temps... making the decision in your brain is what gets you pregnant.

So... I've just made the decision that this is it. LOL

Dirty little secret - if I could control it all, I would not have a November - February due date. Of course, I'd rather have a winter baby than no baby, but I don't want to be on maternity leave in the winter in Chicago. Totally selfish, I know.

I have been waiting to test- probably the end of the week. I have had mild cramping for the past few dyas. I think I ovulated on the 17th. I have had two unsuccessful pregnancies, and feel just as I did when I found out I was pregnant with them. I hate waiting! I think 2011 is the year!

I would love to be in the October 2011 group!! I wont be ovulating until the end of the week, so there is a chance for me still! But I am trying not to get my hopes up because this is our first month TTGP and I know that it can take awhile.

I know how you feel. There are a ton of reasons that I want this month to be the month more than I ever have before (although maybe I am just getting impatient) yet I am not feeling good about my chances. My temps have been wonky this month.

I would love another October baby (DD is 10/21), if I O next cycle when I normally do I would have an early November due date but C-section at the very end of October.

Sidenote - I am 10/24 and DH is 10/13, so far we are an October family.

If I was to get a BFP this cycle.....my EDD would be 10/23....the day before your birthday!
