Garlic rubbed pork loin, carrots, brussel sprouts, and red potatoes!
Yum! Can i come for dinner? DH is sick so i have no idea if he will be up for eating, if not i'll have to rummage for something prolly chicken and salad..
I am making pork chops stuffed with smoked gouda, bacon and spinach. With roasted asparagus on the side and maybe some sort of rice. Dh has been asking for this dish for weeks.
Am I the only one still not cooking? I got out of the habit in 1st tri when the thought of cooking made me ill... I have yet to start up again. I still can't stomach the thought of raw meat.

I had French onion soup from Panera.
DH has made about 90% of the meals since m/s hit me at 7 weeks. I still can't stomach chicken at all. Or steak. Gross.
The idea of handling raw meat is revolting to me.

Chicken & Rice - It's smelling delicious too. It bakes in the oven for 3 hours. I am going to steam some green beans for me and throw in the microwave a box of broccoli and cheese for DH and DS.

That sounds amazing, no wonder he's been asking for it!
Chicken tortilla soup, garlic bread, and salad. I like this soup, with an extra can of corn niblets (drained), and a can on white beans drained. Oh and I cheat and use the Tyson "grilled and ready" strips cut up. my clicky attempt from my iPhone failed I think. Heres the recipe non clicky. https://allrecipes.com//Recipe/chicken-tortilla-soup-iii/Detail.aspx
We just finished. It was Trader Joes Mandarin orange chicken. I added bell peppers, green beans and pineapple and served it with a side of brown rice. Yum! And everyone in the household likes it. And there are leftovers for everyone's lunch tomorrow. Perf!

H is on his way home now (6 pm) so we're going out to dinner at Fish Co. -- H likes seafood & I don't but they have this awesome spicy chicken pasta dish I love! So it's "date night" for us!!
I am making chicken gyros, recipe given by a fellow July 2011 Mom!
Really excited to see how it goes.
Ya! Let me know what you think of it. Right now H and I are driving around and arguing where to go to dinner. Lol
Mira it was so good! I have to say, my husband is REALLY picky. I try to make pretty healthy dishes, but am always trying new things. The past couple weeks I have made 5 new dinners, and he said this one was his favorite, and he had seconds. I was amazed, especially since it is pretty light and healthy. I can't believe how good the chicken turns out with that simple marinade.
YUM definitely going on our dinner option list!
Thanks!

Cheeseburger pasta, sounds like a college food I know, but it is SO good and easy to make.
