doc band users, another question (sorry!)

So is it normal at nighttime for this damn thing to be almost falling off his head in the back with the front part ending up in his eyes and halfway down his nose?  She marked where to fasten it so that it wasn't too tight.  Is this normal or is it too loose?  On Friday they told me it was normal but I don't think so.  Wish I could post a pic.  I'll be calling them again tomorrow.

    that fit doesn't sound quite right. we never had anything like that happen. but remember, there is going to be some extra space in the beginning so the head has room to grow into. definitely call the office.

    Not normal.  BUT .. it isn't uncommon to have to have the fit adjusted at first.  But def call and talk it over with them.
