This thread is for any and all mamas on bedrest, in any form. We are stuck home or in the hospital, in a bed or on our couches, and could use the support of each other to make it through this time in order to get to a healthy baby! We all know how hard bedrest is and we wish everyone a healthy pregnancy!!!! Anyone is welcome to join, and anyone can start this daily thread. Just copy and paste this paragraph and info lines below if you get here and the thread has yet to start for that day! Feel free to give us updates about your condition below!

Being high-risk, especially when bedrest is involved can be a daunting experience. Here's to a boring remainder of our pregnancies time , especially for those moms who have been admitted to hospital bedrest, including:

The height predictor says our son will be 6'3.5, but I think he's going to end up being even taller. My father and brother are both 6'4. We'll see!

Please keep in mind this predictor is not 100%.

Well, I measure 5'7" and my H is 5'9". The height predictor says that my girls will be on the shorter side at 5'5" and if I have a boy, he will be 5'10.5"!

Generally, my family's on the tall side and my H's family's on the shorter side. Although genetics can follow paths from WAY back. Hmmm...we'll see.

I usually don't have much to report unless I have an appointment, esp. from my perinatologist's, (of which there was none schedule this week). Outside of that, I'm just battling a really bad cold of some sort that I must've gotten from my kids (darn... the excitement of attending school).

Im a shorty at 5'4, my DH is about 5'7..maybe taller but im not sure lol. According to that height prodictor LO will be 5'8!

I dont have any! Which is a good thing lol..Im stable with no infection or signs of preterm labour or contractions. Yet im still stuck on hospital bed rest!!!!

I would totally believe it because all of the men on my side are skinny giants, just like DH. Right now DD (who is 2.5) is a little on the shorter side, but my MIL and SIL are both very petite. So we shall see! UpdatesJust having a rough day. In a lot of pelvic pain which makes me snappy. I am also coming off a rough emotional day yesterday with the typical "Mommy on bed rest" guilt. DH and I talked a lot last night though so I do feel better, just drained. On a good note, DD has taken to potty training like a champ! After all, I have nothing else to do at home, haha, so we might as well get potty training done. After only a week, she is already sleeping in underpants through naps, and is staying dry overnight, so we will hopefully be completely in underpants by the end of this coming week!

DH is 5'10" and LO is supposedly coming out at 5'11"

Hmmm, I wonder where the extra inch comes from????

I'm 5'2 and Nate is 6'2. According to that, a boy would be 5'10.5 and a girl, 5'5.5.

I'm 5'6" and DH is 6'2"...So far the baby definitely has my hubby's long arms and legs! I have an ultrasound on Monday to see if the baby grew at all in the last month. I'm pretty sure those legs grew, I feel them in my ribcage 24/7!

QOTD: I'm 5'5" and DH is 6'2" so if we have girls they would be 5'7" or boys 6'0". It looks like I will remain the shrimp of the family.

Updates: Nothing much. I remain in the hospital. MFM signed off my case today which is weird since I have never seen this doctor before in my life. There is some talk of checking me late this next week if I don't have to use any terbutaline for contractions and possibly sending me home for strict bedrest there. I would love to be at home but I want to make sure it is safe for my babies.

My DH has also been off work the last 2 days so he has been up here most of the day. It is SO nice to have him here. It makes it feel a little bit normal.
