Buster-in no way do i feel like you highjacking! i love "fur"babies pictures they make me melt! i wish she could of been in our wedding but we got married on a farm she would of taken off to "play" with the cats, other farm animals.

Yes that its my baby girl Lola. She is getting a sister on friday. Still have no name for her. Can you believe someone was going to have her put down because they didnt want to make the donation to the lab rescue! i was so upset about it. So i took her and my friend took her sister. And i like my dogs chunky (her nick name is Chunkin) when we got her she was all bones, not anymore that though! HAHA wow i think i love my dog alot i can go on and on for hours about her!

I'm all about the fur baby love! My parents have the sweetest little beagle who had a very rough life before living with them. We visited on Saturday and she insisted on being at my side the whole time. She is usually the kind of dog who thinks there is no room on the couch for her unless half of it is empty, but on Saturday she kept squeezing into the tiniest spots to lay next to me. I think she probably knows a thing or two about loss.

Buster (my half beagle/half Jack Russel in the picture) didn't actually get to attend the wedding, but we had him and Lily (parents' beagle) in our cabin and they spent our wedding night right smack between us in bed. I wouldn't have had it any other way.

As you can probably tell, I could talk about my doggie loves all day, too. Smile

Lola is such a cutie, and I'm so happy to hear she is getting a new doggie sister!

I love my pups too! Everyone laughs because I have more pictures of them in my phone than I do family. Eek. All of my animals were rescue and I hate thinking that if i would have waited to go in one more day they might not be here with us!

She is adorable in her bow tie!! I love it. My Rexie was going to be in ours but he thought my train was his blanket.

i have already picked her out. she is getting spayed this morning and we bring her home friday! so excited. Im stuck on a name though cant make up my mind I like Abby, Zoe, or Scarlet . and i have to have it picked out by tomorrow morning when i go to leave with her. tough choice

Abby is the front runner for me. dh doesnt care what i name her lol he wants me to now bring home a boy dog since he is isnt out numbered! and im more then happy to do it!

Aww i wish they did have a board for fur babies! since most of us have at least 1 fur baby!

yes my little chunkin she responds better to that ;then her name. Yes that how i figured it out. My doing is going great so far its 11:10 and im just getting up. It snowed all morning so DH got to stay home they closed the airforce base for the snow. Now we are gonna go for a walk in the snow. You are more then welcome to come walk with us, and have cupcakes after (LOL)

I vote Abby, too! It goes great with Lola and I used to have a friend in high school whose dog was Abby, and when she was in trouble they would call her "Abigail" and I just thought that was so cute and funny.

As far as a fur baby board, there actually is a "Pets" board on The Nest. I'm too much of a wuss to venture off of here yet, but maybe soon...

I love the idea of a fur-baby area! Haha id be there all the time. I can't get enough of my animals. The only problem is they are soooo spoiled!!
